| 职位描述： | Job Responsibilities:
1. Brings the necessary skills and expertise to develop relevant formulation for global or regional product innovations, a part of a holistic product design, delivered to time and cost targets (OTIF). 2. Execution (and supervision where appropriate) of routine / standard trials at laboratory, pilot plant including comprehensive testing protocols for critical aspects of performance. 3. Accurate recording and reporting of data. 4. Development of prototypes for validation/proof of principle. 5. Define technical specifications. 6. Adhere to standards set by quality / safety / portfolio management systems. 7. Contribute to risk assessment and risk management plans. 8. Keeping abreast of developments in own area of expertise, delivering recommendations for new techniques, ways of working. 9. Where necessary, train/ develop others in own skill area. 10. Close work with different functions, including process, CTI, Claim, packaging brand team, supply chain etc. 11. Interface with regional deployment team 12. Identify and validate new Raw Materials Job Requirements: 1. Master or Ph.D. degree in chemistry and related majors. 2. Pre-experience in FMCG or Cosmetic industry is preferred. 3. Able to work in a team as well as independently. 4. Goal-oriented, self motivated, proactive, fast learning and passion for techniques. 5. Good communication in both English and Chinese. 6. Strong in science and techniques, analytic and data processing skills, logical thinking, problem solving 7.
