职位描述: Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Ice Cream order to cash process, set up contact window with customer to improve customer service level and prepare customer service level KPI measurement reporting.

On daily orders:
- Coordinate with CSO operation functions on order details;
- Communicate with SR/KC /customer to solve order issues;
- Regular report to measure customer service KPI.

CCFOT report and Case Fill report:
- Monthly Ice Cream CCFOT report;
- Weekly Ice Cream Case Fill report;
- Weekly service review preparation with clear RCA and action plan.

Others:
- Other work assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor above, at least 1 year working experience in customer service, CD finance, and logistics related areas;
- Data analysis capability;
- Business sense, financial sense, Change management,;
- Knowledge and information management, Microsoft office;
- Passion for growth;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Team commitment, Org awareness.
